Counter Service is available in the Official Records, Civil, Criminal, and Traffic departments without needing an appointment.
Appointments are still required for Passports and Photos, Marriage Licenses and Ceremonies, and Research.
The Finance and Accounting and Offsite Records Departments are open to the public.

Marriage license and wedding ceremony services are available, but on an appointment basis only. To make an appointment please call 352-374-3623.
Wedding ceremonies will take place outside, in front of the civil courthouse (weather permitting). There is no limit to the number of guests that are permitted to attend, but all social distancing and face covering guidelines must be followed. If there is inclement weather, the ceremony will take place inside the courthouse lobby, and the number of guests will be limited to two (2).
