Survivors of Suicide

The Crisis Center has responded to a growing need for service to "Survivors of Suicide," those individuals who have been impacted by the suicide death of a loved-one. Services include a Survivors of Suicide Support Group and individual counseling.

The Survivors of Suicide Support Group meets the first and third Wednesdays of each month from 7:00-8:30 p.m. Services are delivered by professional staff and volunteers. All persons who have lost a loved one by suicide are invited to attend support group meetings as little or as often as they wish. Additional information about the group can be obtained on the Survivors of Suicide section of this web site.

If you are interested in attending the group or for further information, please call Ariel Drescher, Clinical Data Management Supervisor, at 352-264-6761.
