ZOS-02-18 (The Rock private school SUP amendment) - This is a request by CHW, Inc., agent, for The Rock of Gainesville, Inc., owners, to amend a special use permit for a private educational facility. The amendment would allow for increased student capacity and the construction of additional buildings. The site is approximately 9.6 acres and has a future land use designation of Low Density Residential (1-4 dwelling units/acre) and is located in the RE-1 zoning district.
