05-20-15 Planning Commission and 05-21-15 Development Review Committee Items

ALACHUA COUNTY, FL – The Alachua County Planning Commission will meet on Wednesday, May 20, 2015, at 6 p.m. The Alachua County Development Review Committee will meet on Thursday, May 21, 2015, at 1:30 p.m. Both meetings are in room 209 of the County Administration Building (12 S.E. 1st Street, downtown Gainesville).

Item for the Planning Commission

ZOM-05-15 - A request by Arthur S. Payne, Sr., owner, to rezone from the ‘R-1A’ (Single Family Residential) zoning district to the ‘A’ (Agriculture) zoning district on approximately 1 acre located at 16211 SW 103rd Avenue on tax parcel number 04648-001-000. The request, if granted, would bring the parcel into conformance with surrounding Agriculturally zoned parcels and would allow for the placement of a manufactured home on the property.
