6-1-23 Development Review Committee Meeting

The Alachua County Development Review Committee will meet on Thursday, June 1, 2023, in the Jack Durrance Auditorium at the Alachua County Administration Building (12 S.E. 1st Street, Gainesville). This meeting begins at 1:30 p.m. 

The Committee will take public comments in person only. The public may view the meeting on the County’s Video on Demand website. The meeting will not be available on Cox Cable Channel 12.

Items for the Development Review Committee Meeting:

Kirsch Dock and Boathouse - This is a Final Development Plan and Floodplain Development Permit to add a replacement dock and boathouse totaling 899 sq ft on approximately 1.05 acres. It is located on Tax Parcel Number 20042-020-034 at 14520 S.E. 204th Terrace. Staff Report and Back-up Materials   

McMichael Dock and Boathouse - This is a Final Development Plan and Floodplain Development Permit to construct a new dock totaling 897 sq ft on approximately 17.15 acres. It is located on Tax Parcel Number 18515-000-000 at 11199 N.E. County Road 1469. Staff Report and Back-up Materials   

The Vue at Celebration Pointe - Block 16 & 17 – Lots 90, 91, and 92 - This is a Replat to adjust the parcel lines between three lots on approximately 0.23 acres. It is located on Tax Parcel Numbers 06820-010-090, 06820-010-091, and 06820-010-092 at 3382, 3366, and 3350 S.W. 50th Drive. Staff Report and Back-up Materials   

MIVO Traditional Neighborhood Development (TND) – Phases 1 & 2A - This is a Final Development Plan to build up to 296 dwelling units and 30,540 sq. ft. of non-residential uses on approximately 24.67 acres. It is located on Tax Parcel Numbers 06902-000-000, 06902-005-000, 06940-004-000, and 06939-000-000 at in the 5825-6007 block of S.W. Archer Road area. Staff Report and Back-up Materials
