Written Quote (WQ) 20-153 Alachua County Fairground RV Operations

County logoAlachua County will accept bids from nonprofit, 501(c)3, organizations to operate Recreational Vehicle (RV) and primitive camping during Gatornational races at the Alachua County Fairgrounds (3100 N.E. 39 Avenue, 

Gainesville), from March 12, 2020, to March 16, 2020. The deadline for WQ 20-153 Alachua County Fairground RV Operations submissions is Wednesday, January 15, 2020, at 2 p.m.

The selected organization may charge RV and primitive campers for their site and electrical hook up, if applicable.  Additional fees may be charged for optional services such as the sale of onsite firewood or ice.  


The packet can be picked up at Alachua County Procurement (12 S.E. 1st Street, 3rd Floor, Gainesville).

WQ information and applications are also available on the DemandStar website. Registration is free but includes a charge for each bid package ordered (.05 per page and $5.00 handling plus shipping). The cost of membership with DemandStar varies but includes free access to bid packages. Contact DemandStar for details.
