Alachua County Solid Waste & Resource Recovery is preparing for Hurricane Irma. With your preparations please secure all recycling bins and trash containers inside your homes or garages. Please be aware that currently our solid waste facilities are operating at normal hours which are listed below. Curbside customers are asked to wait until after the storm to place yard waste at the curb in order to avoid additional wind-blown debris. Please stay tuned to updates from Alachua County as hours of operation may change due to storm conditions at any time.
