The Florida Department of Health in Alachua County (DOH-Alachua), and the Department of Children and Families’ Child Fatality Prevention Partnership are hosting a Florida Healthy Babies meeting on Friday, December 7, 2018, from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. in the Thomas Coward Auditorium (224 S.E. 24th Street, Gainesville). The event is free and open to the public. Babies are welcome.
Caregivers, mothers, fathers, and professionals are encouraged to attend this collaborative learning opportunity. Attendees will find out about the United Way, the Library Partnership, the March of Dimes, and the NewboRN Home Visiting Program. There will be free snacks, resource information, and raffles for prizes.
