County Commission Request for Application Announcement FY2018/2019 Community Agency Partnership Program (CAPP)

The Alachua County Board of County Commissioners is seeking proposals from non-governmental, non-profit 501(c)(3) agencies with a physical address in Alachua County for delivery of poverty reduction services for residents. The categories of services include Children’s Education (6-18), Child Safety (6-18), Disabilities/Health Maintenance, Homeless/Housing, Hunger Relief, and Seniors. The CAPP funding is for the FY2018/2019 grant year.

Proposal materials are available online or at the Alachua County Purchasing Division (12 S.E. 1st Street, 3rd Floor, Gainesville). CAPP applications must be completed electronically online and submitted no later than 11:59 p.m., on Wednesday, April 18, 2018.

All potential applicants are required to attend one of the in-person pre-application workshops on either Thursday, March 29th at 1 p.m., or Wednesday, April 4th at 9 a.m. in the Alachua County Health Department’s Thomas Coward Auditorium (224 S.E 24th Street, Gainesville).
