8-4-22 Development Review Committee Meeting

The Alachua County Development Review Committee will meet on Thursday, August 4, 2022, at the Alachua County Administration Building (12 S.E. 1st Street, Gainesville). This meeting begins at 1:30 p.m. Masks for vulnerable citizens are strongly recommended.

The Committee will take public comment in person only. The public may view the meeting on the County’s Video on Demand website. The meeting will not be available on Cox Cable Channel 12.

Items for the Development Review Committee Meeting:

Bramlett Homestead in Cross Creek – This is a Minor Final Development Plan to allow home and accessory structure on approximately 27 acres. It is located on Tax Parcel Number 20321-000-000 at 21612 S. County Road 325. Staff Report and Back-up Materials 

Queen of Peace Family Life Building - A Revised Final Development Plan for a building addition totaling 10,780 sq. ft. on approximately 19.37 acres. It is located on Tax Parcel Number 04422-004-000 at 10900 S.W. 24th Ave. Staff Report and Back-up Materials
