5-5-22 Development Review Committee Meeting

The Alachua County Development Review Committee will meet on Thursday, May 5, 2022, at the Alachua County Administration Building (12 S.E. 1st Street, Gainesville). This meeting begins at 1:30 p.m. Masks are strongly encouraged when social distancing is not possible.

The Committee will take public comment in person only. The public may view the meeting on the County's Video on Demand website.

Jonesville Business Park Planned Development – Steeplechase Shopping Center, Phase 3 – This is a Revised Final Development Plan that would allow for an expansion to the existing Steeplechase Shopping Center. It is located on Tax Parcel Number 04341-001-011 at 14075 N.W. 2nd Lane. View the Staff Report and backup Materials 

Blackwater Construction Office with Warehouse – This is a Revised Final Development Plan that would allow for construction of an approximately 6,600 sq. ft. building. It is located on Tax Parcel Number 06233-014-000 on NW 97th Boulevard. View the Staff Report and backup Materials
