The Alachua County Planning Commission will meet on Wednesday, May 18, 2022, at the Alachua County Administration Building (12 S.E. 1st Street, Gainesville). This meeting begins at 6 p.m. Masks are strongly encouraged when social distancing is not possible.

The Committee will take public comment in person only. The public may view the meeting on the County's Video on Demand website.

Z22-000001 (Jonesville Storage rezoning) – This is a request Ryan Thompson of CHW, Inc., agent, for PJDJ, Inc., owners, to rezone from the Retail Sales and Services (BR) zoning district to the Wholesale and Warehousing (BW) zoning district. The site has a future land use designation of Commercial (Jonesville activity center) and is approximately 3.0 acres, located on a portion of tax parcel 04344-001-000 at 14145 W. Newberry Rd.
