2-15-18 Development Review Committee Meeting

The Alachua County Development Review Committee will meet on Thursday, February 15, 2018, at 1:30 p.m. The meeting will be held in the Jack Durrance Auditorium (room 209) of the County Administration Building located at 12 S.E. 1st Street downtown Gainesville.

Parker Road Rural/Ag Cluster Subdivision - This Public Hearing is to consider a Preliminary Development Plan for a rural agricultural subdivision with 13 lots on approximately 55.60 acres located at 1540 S.W. 122nd Street. Heathrow Place Rural/Ag Subdivision – This Public Hearing is to consider a Final Development Plan and Plat for a 9 lot rural agricultural subdivision; on approximately 46.38 acres located in the 1900 Block of N.W. 154th Street. Kingston Place Rural/Ag Subdivision – This Public Hearing is to consider a Final Development Plan and Plat  for a 24 lot rural agricultural subdivision; on approximately 121.51 acres in the 14820-15400 Block of N.W. 21st Avenue. Oakmont Planned Development Phase 3 - Unit 1a – This Public Hearing is to consider a Final Development Plan and Plat for a 155 lot single family residential subdivision on approximately 104.72 acres in the 12100 Block of S.W. 24th Avenue.
