The Alachua County Planning Commission will meet on Wednesday, December 14, 2022, at the Alachua County Administration Building (12 S.E. 1st Street, Gainesville). This meeting begins at 6 p.m. Masks for vulnerable citizens are strongly recommended.

The Committee will take public comments in person only. The public may view the meeting on the County's Video on Demand website.

Item for the Planning Commission Meeting:

CPA-03-21 (Large Scale Comprehensive Plan Text Amendment) – This is a request by Clay Sweger of eda consultants, inc. (agent) for Pratt and Associates LLC (owner) for a small-scale land use amendment from Office to Office/Business Park on approximately 1.4 acres. It is located on parcel number 04344-005-003 in the 300 block of S.W. 140th Terrace. If approved, this land use change would permit addition uses as found in the Office/Business Park land use category for the Jonesville Activity Center.
