Countywide First Annual Climate Fair

June 2, 2023, 5pm – 8pm

Join us at the beautiful Cuscowilla Nature & Retreat Center (210 SE 134th Avenue off of SR 441) to discuss Alachua County’s own climate vulnerability analysis. Come get local answers to a global question as we explore what impacts climate change will have on North Central Florida, then create and expand on solutions already happening right here in Alachua County.

We have everything we need right here. Let’s put the pieces together.

This is a day of education and learning, but it’s also a day of fun, of hope, and of coming together as a community. Come early to delve into the climate vulnerability analysis (registration opening soon), and starting at 5pm bring the family! We’ll have games and activities for all ages. Local businesses and organizations will be there to help you save the planet and save money at the same time.

Alachua County is partnering with Zero Waste Gainesville and We Are Neutral  to make this event as sustainable as possible.

Alachua County wants to thank its local partners for all their support for this event
