For those whose homes or businesses were damaged as a result of Hurricane Irma, Alachua County asks that you please submit photos and additional information to the Alachua County Structure Damage Survey.
The information from this survey will assist the County in successfully receiving a Presidential Disaster Declaration, which opens up FEMA recovery resources to County residents. Thank you for your help.
