ALACHUA COUNTY, FL – The Alachua County Development Review Committee will meet on Thursday, December 1, 2016, at 1:30 p.m. The meeting is in the Jack Durrance Auditorium (room 209) on the Second Floor of the County Administration Building (12 S.E. 1st Street, downtown Gainesville).

Items of interest on the agenda:

Alachua County Fairgrounds and Waste Related Services Planned Development - Resource Recovery Park Infrastructure Improvements Phase 1 - This Public Hearing is to consider a Final Development Plan for infrastructure and stockpile site on approximately 75.00 acres of project area and Conservation Management Area for the 259-acre PD located in the 5100 block of N.E. 63rd Avenue. Memorial Lane Personal Wireless Service Facility Tower - This Public Hearing is to consider a Preliminary and Final Development Plan for the construction of a 199 foot monopole personal wireless telecommunication facility on approximately 0.22 acre of project area located on Memorial Lane.
