ALACHUA COUNTY, FL – The Alachua County Development Review Committee will meet on Thursday, May 4, 2017, at 1:30 p.m. The meeting is in the Jack Durrance Auditorium (room 209) on the Second Floor of the County Administration Building (12 S.E. 1st Street, downtown Gainesville).

Items of interest on the agenda:

The Boathouse at Lake Santa Fe Harbor – This Public Hearing is to consider a Final Development Plan and Floodplain Development Permit to replace two existing boat docks totaling over 1,000 sq. ft. on approximately 3.70 acres located at 21101 N.E. 100th Avenue. ISKCON Planned Development - Phase 1B Northern Retreat Cabins and Restroom - This Public Hearing  is to consider a Final Development Plan for the construction of 11 retreat cabins and restroom building on approximately 86.43 acres located in the 17000 block of N.W. 112nd Blvd. For more information, contact the Alachua County Growth Management Department at 352-374-5249 or Christine Berish at cberish@alachuacounty.us.
