ALACHUA COUNTY, FL – The Alachua County Development Review Committee will meet on Thursday, June 18, 2015, at 1:30 p.m. The meeting is in the Jack Durrance Auditorium (Room 209) on the Second Floor of the County Administration Building (12 S.E. 1st Street, downtown Gainesville).

Items for the Development Review Committee:

Haile Plantation Planned Development, Unit 36, Phase VI, Lot 66 - Kinetix Physical Therapy - A public hearing to consider a Final Development Plan for an approximately 2,800 sq. ft. two story building with medical office on 1st floor and two residential units on 2nd floor on approximately .25 acre located at 2839 SW 87th Drive. Commercial Retail Store - SW Archer Road - A public hearing to consider a Preliminary Development Plan, Section Line Waiver and Waiver from the Requirement to Connect to Municipal Sewer for an approximately 9,100 sq. ft. non-residential building on approximately 2.14 acres located at 6711 SW Archer Road. Grace Fellowship Church - A public hearing to consider a Minor Plan Development Plan and Waiver from the Requirement to Connect to Municipal Sewer for a change in use to allow a place of worship on approximately 2.5 acres located at 13425 NW 39th Avenue.
