Mental Health Legislative Issues Highlighted on Alachua County Talks

​AAlachua County TalksLACHUA COUNTY, FL – A new edition of Alachua County Talks featuring an interview with Meridian Behavioral Healthcare, Inc. President and CEO Maggie Labarta premieres Wednesday February 11, 2015 on Community 12 TV at 7:30 p.m. Labarta discusses mental healthcare services and mental health issues to be addressed in the upcoming Florida legislative session.

In speaking of the program Alachua County Talks host Mark Sexton said, “The Alachua County Commission has made mental healthcare funding one of its top legislative priorities in this year’s legislative session. Maggie Labarta provides a wealth of insight into the challenges currently facing both patients and healthcare providers.”
