The Facilities Management Department provides the following services and is responsible for the County’s 55 plus structures comprising 1.3 million square feet of building space.
In 2014, Facilities Management was the nationally recognized recipient of the Facilities Maintenance and Decision Award for significant heating, ventilation and Air Conditioning work performed in the Alachua County Civil Courthouse.
