CHOICES Funding Process
Thank you for your interest in Alachua County’s Community Health Offering Innovative Care and Educational Services (CHOICES).
The submission deadline for the receipt of applications for the County’s CHOICES Request for Applications (RFA) #23-201 procurement closed on May 31, 2022 at 5:00 PM. Applications are no longer being accepted for this funding cycle. The availability of any subsequent CHOICES procurement must be approved by the Board of County Commissioners and will be announced on this website along with other venues at that time.
