ALACHUA COUNTY, FL – The Alachua County Development Review Committee will meet on Thursday, April 6, 2017, at 1:30 p.m. The meeting is in the Jack Durrance Auditorium (room 209) on the Second Floor of the County Administration Building (12 S.E. 1st Street, downtown Gainesville).

Items of interest on the agenda:

Turnberry Lakes, Phase II, Lots 84 and 85 - This Public Hearing is to consider a Revised Final Development Plan and Replat to combine lots 84 and 85 into a single lot and modify Conservation Area on approximately 1.87 acres located at 2484 and 2444 N.W. 138th Terrace. Arbor Greens Planned Development Phase II Unit II - This Public Hearing is to consider a Final Plat for a 51 lot single family subdivision on approximately 13.56 acres located north of the 900 block of N.W. 136th Street. Carrie Vaughn Estates Lot 1 - This Public Hearing is to consider a Revised Final Development Plan and Replat with Section Line Setback Reduction to reduce setback lines to nonconforming agricultural lot dimensional standards to correct an existing encroachment and to reduce section line setback from 75’ to 50 on approximately 2.0 acres located at 21808 N.W. Wright Single Family Home - This Public Hearing is to consider a Minor Development Plan Review for a Preservation Buffer Reduction and Section Line Setback Waiver on approximately 3.08 acres located at 11019 N.E.
