03-31-16 Special Development Review Committee Items

ALACHUA COUNTY, FL – The Alachua County Development Review Committee will meet on Thursday, March 31, 2016, at 9 a.m. The meeting is in the Jack Durrance Auditorium (room 209) on the Second Floor of the County Administration Building (12 S.E. 1st Street, downtown Gainesville).

Items of interest on the agenda include:

Oak Hall School Planned Development - This public hearing is to consider a Preliminary Development Plan for building additions and new building facilities on approximately 43.00 acres at 7715 and 8009 S.W. 14th Avenue. Park Lane Planned Development Phases 2B and 3 - The Mayfair  - This public hearing is to consider a Preliminary Development Plan and Section Line Waivers for 243 Multi-family dwelling units and 22,150 sq. ft. of non-residential uses on approximately 15.84 acres in the 7300 to 7700 Block of S.W. Abbey Glen, Lot 11 - This public hearing is to consider a Revised Final Development Plan and Replat of lot 11 to change east street side setback to 15 feet on approximately1.01 acres at 10912 S.W. 17th Lane. C Bar Ranch - This public hearing is to consider a Preliminary and Final Development Plan for an approximately 6,000 sq. ft. non-residential agritourism building on approximately 5.79 acres of project area at 22645 N.
