County Commission Considers Settlement Options with City of Alachua

​ALACHUA COUNTY, FL – The Alachua County Commission will consider settlement options for City of Alachua lawsuits (Florida Eighth Judicial Circuit Cases No. 2015-AP-16 and 2015-CA-1978) during its November 10, 2015 evening session which starts at 5p.m. The meeting will be held in the Jack Durance Auditorium, located on the second floor of the Alachua County Administration Building (12 S.E. 1st Street, downtown Gainesville).

Correction: Please notice that, while the released Board agenda shows this item scheduled for the morning session of the November 10th meeting, the item will actually be presented and discussed during the evening session, which starts at 5 p.m.
