Planning CommissionALACHUA COUNTY, FL – The Alachua County Planning Commission will meet on Wednesday, February 18, 2015, at 6 p.m. The Alachua County Development Review Committee will meet on Thursday, February 19, 2015, at 1:30 p.m. Both meetings are in room 209 of the County Administration Building located at 12 S.E. 1st Street, downtown Gainesville.

CPA-02-15 Prairie Commons Small-scale Comprehensive Plan Amendment - A public hearing to consider a comprehensive plan amendment changing the future land use designation from Tourist/Entertainment to Commercial on approximately 3.74 acres at the 5500 Block of S.W. 35th Drive.
