ALACHUA COUNTY, FL – The Alachua County Development Review Committee will meet on Thursday, December 4, 2014, at 1:30 p.m. The meeting is in the Jack Durrance Auditorium (Room 209) on the Second Floor of the County Administration Building located at 12 SE 1st Street, downtown Gainesville.

Items for the Development Review Committee:
Park Avenue at Santa Fe a Traditional Neighborhood Development Phase 1 - A public hearing to consider a Final Development plan for a mixed use Traditional Neighborhood Development with 298 Multi-family units and 14,250 sf non-residential on approximately 26.70 acres located in the 8200 Block of NW 39th Avenue.  Please contact the Alachua County Growth Management Department at 352-374-5249 or Leslie McLendon at LMcLendon@alachuacounty.us for further information.
