World AIDS Day

ALACHUA COUNTY, FL - November 30th through December 4th, 2009 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., the Alachua County Health Department will be observing World AIDS Day.  The theme for this year is "Universal Access and Human Rights: Care and Support-Access for All".  In support of this important public health initiative, the Alachua County Health Department, located at 224 SE 24th Street, Gainesville, will be providing free and confidential HIV counseling and testing. The free test utilizes the OraQuick Advance finger stick test and citizens will only have to wait 20 minutes for their HIV results.  Please call 352-334-7960 to schedule a free and confidential HIV OraQuick test.
