ALACHUA COUNTY, FL - The GIS Division at the Alachua County Department of Growth Management has unveiled an online Geospatial Impact Fee Calculator. The calculator allows builders, realtors, developers and home owners to estimate impact fees by themselves during the process of budgeting for a new development. They can select land use and location of development in an interactive map, enter appropriate information and immediately get a report with fees due for Fire, Parks and Transportation.
