ALACHUA COUNTY, FL - Governor Crist asked that state and local governmental agencies join him in honoring Peace Officer's Memorial Day which is today, May 15, 2008.
He asked that flags be lowered to half staff.
The County Manager has directed that all flags on County buildings be immediately lowered in support of this honor.
Flags should remain at half staff until midnight tonight.
