ALACHUA COUNTY - In a recent interview Alachua County Manager Randall H. Reid said, "As the Property Tax debate prepares to continue on June 12, 2007 in Tallahassee, it is increasingly important that counties and cities enter into the discourse."
In a recent blog Reid detailed and clarified the county/city perspective in the debate and refers to a letter from one department head to the president of the Florida senate concerning the consequences of an oversimplified approach to this very complicated issue.
