Wildfire at NE 77th Lane and NE CR 1469

7:10 p.m.

ALACHUA COUNTY - A fire has ignited in the vicinity of NE 77th Lane and NE CR 1469. The fire is approximately 20 acres in size. Alachua County Fire Rescue and Division of Forestry are working to contain the fire. Several airdrops have been conducted.

While no structures are being threatened at this time, residents in the area are advised to continue monitoring the on going changing fire conditions and be prepared to evacuate if conditions warrant.
