ALACHUA COUNTY, FL – The Alachua County Commission will conduct two Special Budget Meetings on Tuesday, August 20, 2013 at 9 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. Both meetings will be held in the Grace Knight Conference Room, located on the second floor of the Alachua County Administration building (12 SE 1st Street, downtown Gainesville).

The 9 a.m. Budget Meeting agenda items include:

1.    Gas Tax Funding Update

2.    Review and Discuss the County's Financial Policies

3.    Review the FY14 Changes to the Proposed Schedule of Fees for Services

The 1:30 p.m. Budget Meeting agenda items include:

1.    Overview and Discussion of the FY14 – FY18 Comprehensive Capital Improvement Program (CCIP)

2.    Energy Reports
