ALACHUA COUNTY, FL – In recognition of National Crime Victims’ Rights Week, Alachua County Victim Services and Rape Crisis Center and local victim service providers are holding an “Art in the Park Day,” on Sunday, April 21, 2013, at 2 p.m., at Squirrel Ridge/Victims Memorial Park (1603 SW Williston Road, Gainesville). A rain date is scheduled for Saturday, April 27, if necessary.
Participants will create origami cranes, make bird feeders, paint border stones, and plant flowers. Activities for all ages are included.
