UF Performing Arts on Alachua County Talks

ALACHUA COUNTY, FL – A new edition of Alachua County Talks featuring an interview with University of Florida Performing Arts Director Michael Blachly airs Friday November 30, 2012, on Community 12 TV at 7:30 p.m. Blachly will discuss this year’s ongoing season as well as look back at the history of University of Florida Performing Arts.

In speaking of the program Alachua County Talks host Mark Sexton said, “University of Florida Performing Arts has entertained and edified audiences for the last twenty years by bringing artists and performers from around the globe to our community. Mr. Blachly’s dedication to providing audiences diverse and eclectic offerings has played a big part in that.”

The latest editions of Alachua County Talks air at 7 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. every night except Thursday, and at 7 a.m. and 7:30 a.m. and 11:30 p.m. and 12 a.m. every day. Special or regular County Commission and Gainesville City Commission meetings may preempt any showing.
