ALACHUA COUNTY, FL – The Alachua County Commission will conduct a Special Meeting/General Discussion on Tuesday, October 2, 2012, at 10 a.m., in the Grace Knight Conference Room, on the second floor of the Alachua County Administration building located at 12 SE 1st Street, downtown Gainesville.

The 10 a.m. Special Meeting/General Discussion agenda includes:

1.     Fire Rescue: Request a formal hearing and mediation in response to Medicaid Final Audit Report

2.     EDAC's Strategic Plan for Economic Development

3.     Development Review Process

4.     Site Planning Discussion

5.     Discussion of County Manager Search Process
