ALACHUA COUNTY, FL – A new edition of "Alachua County Talks" featuring an interview with FloridaWorks Business Services Director Joe Johnson premieres Friday February 24, 2012, on Community 12 TV at 7:30 p.m. The interview focuses on FloridaWorks' Connect program which seeks to match professional-level job seekers with interested employers through weekly networking opportunities.
In speaking of the program, Alachua County Talks host Mark Sexton said, "Mr. Johnson's considerable knowledge of the needs of job seekers and employers in today's employment market is both insightful and invaluable."The latest editions of Alachua County Talks air at 7 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. every night except Thursday, and at 7 a.m. and 7:30 a.m. and 11:30 p.m. and 12 a.m. every day. Special or regular County Commission and Gainesville City Commission meetings may preempt any showing.
