ALACHUA COUNTY, FL – The Alachua County Commission will conduct two special meetings on Tuesday February 7, 2012. Both meetings are on the second floor of the Alachua County Administration Building located at 12 SE 1st Street, downtown Gainesville.
1. Special Meeting/General Policy Discussion (previously called the Informal Meeting) – Begins at 10 a.m. in the Grace Knight Conference Room. The agenda includes a discussion on how the next budget process will proceed. The Special Meeting/General Policy Discussion meetings are held twice a month on the first and third Tuesdays. The agenda always includes a Commission Discussion agenda item so that Commissioners can discuss any item they choose. The Commission will not make motions or take action during the Commission Discussion period. View agenda and backup material
2. Special Meeting – Begins at 1:30 p.m. in the Jack Durrance Auditorium (Room 209). The agenda includes a discussion about the Community Agency Partnership Program (CAPP) View agenda and backup material
