County Extension Office Offers Fall Cooking Series

ALACHUA COUNTY - The Alachua County Extension Office is offering a monthly fall cooking class.  These classes are designed for both novice and experienced cooks who want some new ideas for using small appliances and some time-saving tips.
 
The classes are scheduled at the Extension Office, located at 2800 NE 39th Ave., on the following dates:
  • October 6 - Using Your Slow-Cooker to Make Quick Meals
  • November 1 - Your First Thanksgiving and Options for the Traditional Menu
  • December 1 -   Making Bread with Your Food Processor
All classes are scheduled for 10:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. with a $3.00 fee for materials and samples.
