ALACHUA COUNTY, FL - The Alachua County Extension Office is pleased to announce a Food Preparation Class. The topic will be "Pressure Cooker Tips and Recipes." The class is February 4, 2010 from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at the Alachua County Extension Office (2800 NE 39th Avenue, Gainesville), and is a free of chanrge.
This class will include how to's as well as safety and other tips on getting the most from this time-saving device. Experienced as well as beginning cooks are invited. College students are also encouraged to attend.
