Assistance Needed Identifying Animal Abuse Suspect

Animal invesigationOn Tuesday, February 5, 2019, at approximately midnight, an individual entered the parking garage of an apartment building located in the 1500 block of N.W. 4th Avenue in the College Park neighborhood and placed the body of a deceased cat in a garbage bag on the hood of a local resident’s car. The suspect appears to be a young, white, female approximately 5 feet 6 inches tall, and weighing around 110 pounds. She was wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt, black sweatpants, and pink shoes. She was driving a late-model, black Nissan Frontier Crew Cab pickup truck and had an accomplice.

This individual is wanted for questioning regarding this case. Alachua County Animal Services is requesting the public’s assistance in identifying this individual.
