5-3-18 Development Review Committee Meeting

The Alachua County Development Review Committee will meet on Thursday, May 3, 2018, at 1:30 p.m. The meeting will be held in the Jack Durrance Auditorium (room 209) of the County Administration Building located at 12 S.E. 1st Street downtown Gainesville.

Alachua Skilled Nursing Facility, N.W. 39th Avenue – This is a Public Hearing to consider a Preliminary Development Plan for a 223 bed skilled nursing facility on approximately 20.58 acres at 6517 N.W. 39th Avenue. Chesnut Village Phase 1 – This is a Public Hearing to consider a Revised Final Development Plan for a 23 lot single family residential subdivision on approximately 9.01 acres in the 7900 Block of S.W. Parker Place Phase 3-B, Lot 80 – This is a Public Hearing to consider a Revised Final Development Plan and Replat to correct an existing encroachment and to reduce the setbacks to nonconforming agricultural lot dimensional standards on approximately 1.09 acres at 12704 S.W. 28th Place. Celebration Pointe TOD, SW 43rd Street Phase 1 – This is a Public Hearing to consider a Revised Final Development Plan to add a north bound left turn on S.W. 43rd Street at the 1st driveway of the Commons on approximately 7.45 acres at 4306 S.W.
