The Alachua County Development Review Committee will meet on Thursday, January 24, 2019, at 1:30 p.m. The meeting will be held in the Jack Durrance Auditorium (room 209) of the County Administration Building located at 12 S.E. 1st Street downtown Gainesville.

Wilderness Walk Rural/Ag Subdivision – This is a Preliminary and Final Development Plan and Plat Review for a two-lot single-family rural agricultural subdivision on approximately 36.66 acres, located in the northeast corner of the intersection of N.W. 32nd Avenue (County Road NW38) and N.W. 186th Street (County Road NW 15).
