1-29-19 Special Meeting Includes Comprehensive Plan Update

​The Alachua County Commission will conduct a Special Meeting on Tuesday, January 29, 2019. The meeting begins at 10 a.m., in the Grace Knight Conference Room, located on the second floor of the Alachua County Administration Building (12 S.E. 1st Street, downtown Gainesville).

The meeting agenda includes:

  • Alachua County Comprehensive Plan Update: Review of draft revisions to various Elements of the Plan relating to equity and economic opportunity, community health, and local foods, and follow-up on questions relating to the Corridor Design Manual, addressing conflicts between utilities and landscaping, and intergovernmental coordination on annexation.   • Report on activity related to the enforcement of the Alachua County Airboat Curfew
  • Alachua County Event Center - Victus Advisors Report discussion
