Call to Artists for Public Defender’s Building

The Alachua County Arts Council invites artists or artist teams to submit their proposals for public art installations planned for the Alachua County Public Defender’s new building (151 S.W. 2nd Avenue, Gainesville). This permanent installation will include two potential sites located at the exterior space near the entrance to the facility or located in the public lobby. After review of all submissions, the committee will refer three to five artists or artist teams to the Alachua County Board of County Commissioners for final selection. Artists or artist teams can apply for one or both installations.

The deadline for the Call to Artists (CTAs) submissions is on Wednesday, June 13, 2018, at 2 p.m.
