The Alachua County Development Review Committee will meet on Thursday, July 6, 2017, at 1:30 p.m. The meeting is in the Jack Durrance Auditorium (room 209) on the second floor of the County Administration Building (12 S.E. 1st Street, downtown Gainesville).

Items of interest on the agenda:

Brytan Planned Development - Replat a Portion of Phase 1 - This Public Hearing is to consider a Minor Change to a Planned Development, a Revised Final Development Plan and Replat for reconfiguration of lots within plat and reconfigure set back requirements on 5.03 acres located in the 6300 to 7400 blocks of S.W. 75th Street, S.W. 65th Place, S.W. 74th Drive and S.W. 66th Lane. Forest Grove Farms Lots 4 and 5 – This Public Hearing is to consider a Revised Final Development Plan and Replat to adjust lot line between parcels on 16.47 acres located at 8822 N.W. 238th Street. V. E. Whitehurst & Sons, Inc. - Archer Excavation and Fill Operation – This Public Hearing is to consider a Revised Final Development Plan for an existing excavation and fill operation on 121.65 acres located at 18719 S.W. Paynes Prairie Preserve State Park Fishing Platform and Boardwalk – This Public Hearing is to consider Final Development Plan and Floodplain Development Permit for a fishing platform and boardwalk over 1000 sq. ft. on 918.57 acres located at 300 Puggy Road.
