12-7-17 Development Review Committee Meeting

The Alachua County Development Review Committee will meet on Thursday, December 7, 2017, at 1:30 p.m. The meeting will be held in the County Manager’s Office Training Room on the second floor of the County Administration Building (12 S.E. 1st Street downtown Gainesville).

Items for the Development Review Committee

Villas of West End Planned Development, Unit B, Phase 2 – This Public Hearing is to consider a Final Plat for a 52 single family subdivision on approximately 10.71 acres located in the 1300 block of N.W. 12th Road. Amariah Park Subdivision - Amenity Center – This Public Hearing is to consider a Revised Final Development Plan for an amenity center with swimming pool on approximately 0.66 acre located near the intersection of S.W. 5th Avenue and S.W. 122nd Terrace. Arbor Greens Planned Development (PD) Phase II Unit III – This Public Hearing is to consider a Final Development Plan and Plat for a 51 lot single family subdivision on approximately 17.06 acres of project area located north of the 1300 block of N.W. 136th Blvd. For more information, contact the Alachua County Growth Management Department at 352-374-5249 or Christine Berish at cberish@alachuacounty.us.

Trowell Family Homestead Subdivision – This Public Hearing is to consider a Preliminary and Final Development Plan and Variance from the Minimum Side Building Setback Requirements for 2 lots on approximately 10.00 acres and reduce side building setback from 20 feet to 18 feet to correct existing encroachment located at 6600 N.W. 290th Street, High Springs.
