Schedule of Fees and Charges for Services:

 Daily Rental Rate for Rooms A+B+C+Kitchen from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM  $85.00
  Daily Rental Rate for Rooms A+B+C+Kitchen from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM - for Non-Profits  $45.00
 Concession Daily Rental Rate from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM  $66.00
 Damage Deposit  $100.00
 After Hours Pre & Post Inspection Rate (additional fee)  $18.00
 Minimum Rental is Daily

Notes:

  • "After hours" are Monday - Thursday from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and Friday - Sunday 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM
  • Fees for Alachua County Government shall be waived
  • Concession rental must be part of an event permitted through the Parks Division
  • Rentals must adhere to park operating hours of 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM
  • Set-up and take-down time to be included in the rental period
  • Sales tax will be charged for all rentals
