Forms for driveway access permits and miscellaneous permits for construction within the road right-of-way may also be obtained by contacting the above site or phone number.

Requests for street lighting on County maintained roads within the Gainesville Regional Utilities service area may be made by contacting Carol Buchanan, Staff Assistant, at (352) 374-5245 x1244 or email at cbuchanan@alachuacounty.us.

Street light inquiries for areas not within the GRU service area should be directed to Tim McKenzie, Construction Inspections Superintendent, at (352) 374-5245 x1240 or email at tmckenzie@alachuacounty.us.
