Tour Facility

We offer free tours to individuals and community groups. At the Environmental Park, you will learn about how solid waste and recycling is handled in Alachua County.

 

Tours include visits to:

  • Transfer Station
  • Recovered Material Processing Facility (RMPF)
  • Material Storage Area (tires and mulch)
  • Household Hazardous Waste facility
